THANK YOU for helping me get unstuck!
By being in your group for these two months I realized that in order for me to nurture and heal my inner child, I had to first acknowledge they exist.
When I choose to acknowledge the existence of little me living inside of grown up me, I was finally on the road to taking my life back.
I had done some inner child work before- but I was very resistant to it.
Thank you for giving me the verbiage to utilize with my inner child. For helping me realize that I needed to breath deeply into my own body and validate that younger part of me- letting them know my intent is to make my body and mind a safe place for them to heal.
This had been very difficult for me without support- but by listening to your archived recordings, doing some of the 8 week Program and participating in the Inner Child Guided meditations and group calls- I realized that the Inner Child work was the most necessary missing step in my healing journey.
By establishing a greater awareness around the Inner Child work, I have been able to connect with a sense of self that has further navigated more peace inside of my body and mind.
I will continue to check in with her everyday. And practice being compassionate, kind, patient, curious and caring.....
